President & CEO
Tom is the founder of ISG and has over 20 years of strategic sourcing and management experience with firms such as Deloitte Consulting and ICG Commerce. Early in his career, Tom led the turnaround of a 120-employee construction company, converting substantial losses to profitability in under a year primarily through cost optimization. This experience contributes heavily to his focus on delivering measurable results and high ROIs for clients. Full Bio
Brent Eiland Brent Eiland
Executive Vice President, Client Service
Brent has over 20 years of experience in consulting and operations management across diverse companies and functions. Brent worked with Accenture and was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting. Brent has also worked for Randstad and EarthLink where he directed strategic internal projects. Full Bio
Brian Houpt Brian Houpt
Senior Vice President
Brian has over 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, e-procurement, procurement consortia, and other procurement consulting areas. Brian worked with A.T. Kearney and later helped to create and lead strategic sourcing consulting practices at Huron Consulting Group, where he was a Director, and ICG Commerce, a 500 person procurement services firm, where he held the position of Managing Director. Brian was formerly a Director of Procurement with Coca-Cola North America, where he had responsibility for in excess of $1 billion in annual expenditures. Full Bio
Jake Wojcik Jake Wojcik
Vice President
Jake has over 12 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on procurement, supply chain management and finance. Jake is responsible for ISG’s sales and marketing strategy, national business development, and client service activities. Prior to ISG, Jake was a Director with Resources Global Professionals (founded by Deloitte), and also formerly worked in management consulting roles with KPMG Consulting (later known as BearingPoint) and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Nancy Cunningham Nancy Cunningham
Vice President of Finance
In her role as Vice President of Finance, Nancy manages ISG’s finance organization, with responsibility for financial reporting, accounting, strategic planning and analysis, treasury and tax. Prior to joining ISG, Nancy served as Assistant Controller for Racetrac Petroleum, a Forbes Largest Private Companies retailer. Nancy was also Director of Finance for BravePoint, a division of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK). Nancy began her career with KPMG. Full Bio

Eric has over 13 years of experience leading Technology-enabled Service offerings and Business Process Outsourcing engagements in the procurement, finance, and accounting areas. Alec Bounds Alec Bounds
Director
Alec has over 15 years of experience in consulting and operations management across a variety of industries. Prior to ISG, Alec was a Senior Manager with A.T. Kearney where he managed strategic sourcing and procurement transformation projects for manufacturing, consumer products, financial services, and military clients. Alec has also worked in supply chain roles for companies such as Coca-Cola and Georgia-Pacific, driving operational efficiency, product innovation, and cost savings. Full Bio
Brian Prantil
Director
Brian has over 18 years  of experience in consulting and operations.  Brian was most recently a leader in Operations at ValleyCrest Companies, the largest integrated landscape company in the US.  While at ValleyCrest, Brian co-led the development of a fleet procurement strategy that focused on reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of more than 5,000 vehicles.  Prior to ValleyCrest, Brian worked at McKinsey & Company and Deloitte Consulting where he led numerous Operations Strategy and Sourcing projects across a variety of industries.  Brian has deep expertise in both Supply Chain Management and Lean Manufacturing. Full Bio

Chuck Weiss has an extensive career in corporate management and management consulting. Mr. Weiss was responsible for top line revenue as a Vice President of a $700 million division of RJR/Nabisco; previously Mr. Weiss held senior management roles at several other Fortune 500 multinational corporations. Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Simmons Bedding Company
Bill joined Atlanta based Simmons Bedding Company, the third largest manufacturer of mattresses in North America, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2000. Bill had a key role in the 2003 sale of Simmons from Fenway Partners to THL Partners, and in the 2008-2010 balance sheet restructuring of Simmons which included a pre-package bankruptcy filing in November 2009 and subsequent sale of the Company in January 2010. He is a former President of the American Furniture Manufacturers Association Finance Division and former member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of CPAs. Full Bio

Jeff Lamkin Jeff Lamkin
CEO, Sea Oats Group
Jeff Lamkin spent the first 16 years of his career in the advertising/marketing industry. He specialized in non-traditional media solutions designed to help Fortune 100 companies receive a greater return on investment from marketing expenditures. Mr. Lamkin worked for 3 agencies prior to starting his own firm in 1998. Mr. Lamkin is currently a private equity investor, Chairman of SimplyMD, and is the CEO of Sea Oats Group, a real estate development firm. Full Bio
Wayne Mincey Wayne Mincey
President and CEO, Market Track
Wayne Mincey is president and CEO of Market Track, a position he assumed following an initial role on Market Track’s Board of Directors. In his role as CEO, Wayne has led the shift in the company’s focus from ad tracking to market intelligence, including investments in advanced analytics and an expansion of ad coverage into on-line, push e-mail and other web-based channels. Wayne has served on the advisory boards of several startups and the boards of Junior Achievement of Georgia, The Urban League of South Florida, the Broward Community College Foundation and The Information Technology Association of America. François-Xavier Terny began his professional career in 1991 as a strategic consultant with Bain & Company. He then created his own consulting firm, Masaï, with a former Bain & Co. colleague. Masaï was launched in 1996 as a firm specializing in cost optimization with the mission to boost corporations’ performance by optimizing their costs, delivering tangible and measurable results.
