Eric has near 15 years of experience leading Technology-enabled Service offerings and Business Process Outsourcing engagements in the procurement, finance, and accounting areas. Eric is responsible for ISG’s SpendHQ business including sales and marketing, product strategy and client delivery. Prior to joining ISG, Eric was Vice President of Program Management at OB10, a global leader in SAAS-based Procure-to-Pay transaction processing. Eric was responsible for all client engagements for North America during a period of dramatic growth for OB10. Eric was also with Hewlett-Packard as part of the team that turned HP’s internal Finance organization into an external Business Process Outsourcing division, ultimately leading the Audit Recovery practice within this new division. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Google, IBM, Kraft, Motorola, Pfizer, and Xerox, among others.
Eric earned his M.B.A. with honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory and has a B.A. in Business/Economics from Wheaton College (Illinois). Eric lives in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
