Recruiting Process
We actively recruit undergraduates for our analyst positions in the fall and spring semesters. We host on-campus presentations and interviews at some of the top schools in the country. We also place job postings at a host of other schools and are always open to resume submissions. We have alumnae from Georgia Tech, Emory University and University of North Carolina among others.
Experienced hire recruiting is need based but we are always willing to expand our network of qualified full-time and contractor candidates. We utilize several job boards when actively recruiting, but experienced hires are welcome to submit resumes at any time to Lindsay Mandeville at careers@insightsourcing.com.
Open Positions:
We are currently seeking team members for the following positions:
ISG’s Standard Recruiting Process:
- Resume submission
- On-campus interviews (for analysts) or phone screens (for experienced hires)
- In-office interviews with several members of the ISG team
- Offers extended to qualified candidates
Interviewing at ISG:
- Interviewees at ISG will usually have the opportunity to speak to employees of all levels. The majority of interviews will be with Managers and Vice Presidents, but interviewees will also speak with peers about their experiences and typically meet with the company founder and president Tom Beaty.
- Our interviews are primarily behavior based to gain an understanding of the candidate’s background and how he or she would approach different situations that occur in our environment. We may also ask case-based problems to see how the candidate approaches problem-solving.
What We Look For:
We seek two types of people: those who are outstanding and have the track record to prove it; and those with the raw talent to achieve excellence in our field and who are hungry for an opportunity to grow. We have an entrepreneurial culture where advancement is based on performance. Our compensation and benefits reflect the caliber of people we seek and our performance-based culture. Our team members thrive on challenging projects, the exposure to a wide array of industries, and the opportunity to work directly with and learn from senior level experts.
