Strategic Sourcing can take many forms, the most common of which is Competitive Sourcing. ISG leverages our eight-step methodology to fully analyze a category of expenditures, identify suppliers capable of meeting our client's needs, and facilitate a competitive bid process.
We create a fair and level playing field for suppliers and develop comprehensive decision-support data for our clients. Our client then selects the suppliers that best fit their needs and ISG supports contracting and implementation to ensure full savings capture.
