As a service to our clients, ISG will interview internal and external candidates to provide our assessment of their skills relative to the organization's needs. Often, these candidates are filling roles that result from an ISG Org Design effort and will leverage the ISG Sourcing Process and Training once hired.
In select cases, ISG will actively lead the recruiting effort, identify and pre-screen candidates, advise on compensation, and bring searches to completion.
