Cynthia Dautrich is a member of Insight Sourcing Group’s Advisory Board and is a Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations leader. She has over 30 years of expertise in creating global vision and strategies, building world class procurement teams and driving operational excellence across diverse industries including consumer, technology, financial, consulting and health care.

Currently, Cynthia is the Associate Vice President of Supply Chain at Geisinger, a comprehensive health system with 13 hospitals, two research centers, a college of medicine and a 510,000-member health plan in central and northeast Pennsylvania. She is leading the expansion of indirect sourcing and the centralization of contracting across the enterprise health system.

Before joining Geisinger, Cynthia was the Vice President of Supply Chain and Chief Procurement Officer at DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 IT services company. As part of a merger integration, Cynthia optimized a $12B spend portfolio across top rated supply chain partners and stream-lined a global organization of 1000 supply chain team members while integrating two different cultures, teams, processes and systems.

Previously, Cynthia was the Chief Procurement Officer at Kimberly-Clark, where she was responsible for $15B+ of both direct and indirect spend. She created a new global procurement organization that saved the company billions of dollars which funded growth and improved the company’s operating margins.

Earlier in her career, Cynthia held progressive executive roles with Accenture, A. T Kearney, AOL, Ally Financial (GMAC), Pillsbury and Procter & Gamble as well as ran her own supply chain and procurement consultancies.
