Role: Lindsay is responsible for ISG’s Talent Management, including acquisition, learning and development, and firm culture.

Past Experience: Prior to this role, Lindsay spent over 16 years in consulting, 12 of those with ISG. Lindsay’s industry experience includes financial services, retail, healthcare, technology, and higher education as well as private equity. She has led projects in strategic sourcing, spend visibility, procurement transformation, and consortia development. Previously, Lindsay was with Deloitte Consulting.
