Wayne is an Advisory Board Member at Insight Sourcing Group. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Market Track, a position he assumed following an initial role on Market Track’s Board of Directors. In his role as CEO, Wayne has led the shift in the company’s focus from ad tracking to market intelligence, including investments in advanced analytics and an expansion of ad coverage into on-line, push e-mail and other web-based channels. In addition to shaping the firm’s new strategy, he is rebuilding the organizational capabilities to deliver on this new vision for Market Track’s clients.

Wayne has over 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, business development and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes work in North America, Europe and Asia, where he has led businesses from start-ups to operations with sales of over $1 billion. Wayne has been equally successful in situations requiring turnarounds and in taking successful enterprises to the next level of success through product development and sales growth.
