What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

Talent and Culture (50%)

  • Work alongside hiring managers to coordinate interview scheduling, screenings and candidate tracking. Assist with travel and other candidate logistics
  • Schedule and support onboarding and other training programs
  • Maintain various trackers related to Talent
  • Assist and coordinate with the Executive Assistant in planning companywide events

Office Support Management (50%):

  • Represent the company by being the first person seen as visitors enter the building. Greets visitors with a positive attitude and address their needs.

What we’re looking for (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred in related field (i.e. Communications, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, etc.)

The Manager will have a dedicated focus on ISG’s IT Center of Excellence to support all aspects of client-facing IT sourcing and cost optimization projects.  The Manager will be expected to work closely with clients and suppliers to drive project initiatives and will lead consulting, problem solving, project management and data analysis that will be the basis for strategic client decision making.  Further, the Manager will play an important role in deepening the expertise of ISG’s IT Center of Excellence and capturing knowledge to support business development opportunities while helping scale ISG’s IT capabilities.

Analyst Role Overview

The Analyst will be responsible for working on behalf of Insight Analytics’ clients to perform complex data analytics and develop insights from data.  This role leads critical activities including data collection, data transformation and enrichment, data analysis, data visualization and dashboarding, insight identification, complex problem solving, and other key activities to deliver impactful client projects.  The Analyst will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal team members to achieve project goals.
